@elzavineeth I’m so sorry that you’re experiencing this issue. Could you let me know which theme you are using (and in in which version) as I can’s view your private site?
This way I can test the theme with the AinoBlocks blocks. Could it be that the Navigation block is not set up correctly as there is an option for showing either on mobile only or mobile and desktop?
Is the Navigation block nested inside another block?
All these details would help me to see the issue better. If you could set the site live for a short time, this would also be super helpful, so I could check the CSS and see the blocks involved.Forum: Reviews
In reply to: [AinoBlocks - Gutenberg Website Builder Blocks] Simple, Beautiful and Flawed!Oh yes, I see what you mean. The Hero block will get an update and I will fix this. Thanks so much for your feedback.
@tomlschmidt ups, I’m so sorry I missed your comment. You are so right, we will definitely add a Flexbox gap option in one of our next updates.
The button issue should be fixed in the next update.
If you send me a link to your live site, I can have a quick check on the CSS and why the buttons don’t look correct.
Hi @entlein
it’s right that you would need to update the Header Template part once an update for that is available. But you don’t need to recreate the entire menu, as the navigation menus get saved. So you just need to choose your navigation again.
Is this helpful?
Oh yes, actually that is a smart idea. You can copy your created header as a reusable block and then include it in your updated header after the update.
In general the updates will be more stable from now on, as we move away from using the Aino theme as our experimental building theme.
We are just about to release a new building theme, which should help to keep Aino more stable.

In reply to: [Aino] Self hosted fonts? You are totally right, custom fonts options is still a big hurdle for FSE block themes. It will be improved though, it’s just a bit of an in between time right now.
I think in the long run, block themes will be very slick and a huge change of ease for WordPress users.

In reply to: [AinoBlocks - Gutenberg Website Builder Blocks] Simple, Beautiful and Flawed!Thank you so for your positive review.
We just made changes to the blocks to load them as single blocks. Now only styles of active blocks on each page gets loaded.
So the issue should actually already be fixed.
Do you see the performance changes reflected in the current theme version 1.12.0+?

In reply to: [Aino] Self hosted fonts?@ckubs I’m so sorry for my late reply. The fonts are loaded locally via theme.json (since Aino v2.6.6) before they were called locally via the functions.php.
It’s not so easy to add custom fonts from the user side to a block theme right now, unfortunately. This will improve but for now you would need to create a child theme with a fonts folder to add custom fonts and then call the fonts via the child theme’s theme.json.
Is this answer helpful? If not, please let me know.

In reply to: [AinoBlocks - Gutenberg Website Builder Blocks] No documentationMaybe you could reconsider your 1star review? To be honest, I find it a bit harsh. There is nothing wrong with the blocks, it’s just a matter of time that we can provide more detailed documentation.
We have support, a YouTube channel and blog posts, and we are building new block themes, blocks, and patterns. It is a lot of work, and we are a small team only. Maybe you can think about it, that would be very kind.

In reply to: [AinoBlocks - Gutenberg Website Builder Blocks] No documentation@audunmb You are right, we are building documentation right now. We also have a support button on our website, so you can ask questions any time.
The Flexbox block is meant to be a building block, so it does not have content, but instead you can drop any number of blocks inside the Flexbox container block.
For advanced CSS settings, you can include Flexbox item blocks inside the Flexbox block.
There is a great guide on CSS flexbox settings available on the CSS Tricks website.

In reply to: [Aino] How to work with Navigation menu in FSE@entlein There had been a number of updates to the Navigation block and I therefore had to update the Aino Header patterns.
I will create a little video explaining how you can add menu items to the empty Navigation block and link the video here in the comments, as soon as I have it available. It’s the easiest way to explain imo ??
Thanks so much for your patience,

In reply to: [Aino] Mobile Menu@clifford19 Oh, I’m so sorry to hear that. I will fix it in the next update, which won’t be long away.

In reply to: [Aino] Mobile Menu@clifford19 Could you check if the issue is still existing in the new 2.6.5 theme version?
Thanks so much for your patience.
Best Regards, Ellen

In reply to: [Aino] Mobile MenuHi,
did you create your header Template part a few theme versions back? In this case, you might need to delete the Header Template Part customizations and create the Header again.
Then the layout issues should not occur.
I hope this is solving your issues, I’m so sorry for this workaround.
Kind Regards, Ellen

In reply to: [Aino] Does this theme work with WoocommerceHi there,
thanks so much for reporting this issue. Do you have the WooCommerce Blocks plugin active? You will need this plugin together with the default WooCommerce plugin then the theme should work with WooCommerce.
Since our WooCommerce support as well as WooCommerce’s block theme support is still under development, I will check to see if an update is needed.
I will release the theme the next update on Monday, so I will check before that.
Kind Regards, Ellen
