1. This is an adaptation of wp-recaptcha to work with buddypress. If it’s not something specific to the adaptation, please report to wp-recaptcha. When the bug is fixed there, we will sync and it will be fixed here too. And if there is no progress there, please report back and let’s see what we can do ??

Sorry, but this just a small modification of wp-reCAPTCHA. If that plugin isn’t mobile friendly, then we are not either. If that is fixed there, the fix will make it here.

But if you have a patch to fix this, although I would like to keep the diff to upstream wp-recaptcha minimum, I can probably take it ??

It adds captcha to the Buddypress registration and lostpassword form.

This is just a small modification of wp-recaptcha to work with buddypress. Please reproduce the issue with wp-recaptcha and report it there.

Oh. So please report it there. This is just an adaptation of wp-recaptcha to work with budypress and the idea is to keep differences with wp-recaptcha minimal.

If they don’t solve it there after a while and is important for you, feel free to reopen here and we see what we can do.

This project, wp-recaptcha-bp, just adds a few lines to wp-recaptcha to make it work with budypress until the bugs in budypress is fixed. More info about it here: https://github.com/rata/wp-recaptcha-bp

Can you please try if this happens with wp-recaptcha too? If it happens, please report to them and when it’s fixed there, we will rebase on the new wp-recaptcha version.

If it doesn’t happen with wp-recaptcha, can you please give a step by step guide to reproduce the problem on my local environment?

So, what others plugins do you have installed?

Also, the captcha there seems to be working fine as far as I can see.

So, can you: a) describe exactly what you do, b) what happens and c) what do you expect to happen?

Also, besides those errors, e) does the captcha seem to be working when you register? IOW, f) if you don’t feel it or failed the captcha, does it fail on registration? g) And if you feel it correctly (and also fill correctly the other fields), does it let you register just fine?

Please answer all the questions

Ohh, can you uninstall those plugins and see if that does the trick?

Also, what do you do, with which browser, when you see that? Do you have javascript enabled?
