@databell96 – I’m not sure. May I know which services reported those shares? We’re showing counts for a service directly from that service’s API.

Facebook deprecated the endpoint we used to pull shares, so we’re unable to fetch the Facebook share counts now.?Our engineers are looking for an alternative way to fetch share counts.

* Odnoklassniki`

The buttons are not loading and I’m still not able to find our script (addthis_widget.js instance) on your page. If you’ve added them correctly then it should be visible when we inspect the page or when we view the page source code. Now it seems missing- https://www.screencast.com/t/iMsR71QWBvc.

In order to control what appears in sharing dialogs on social platforms, you need to specify Open Graph meta tags. I would suggest adding the following Open Graph tags to each of your pages: og:image, og:description, og:title, and og:url.

1. Bitly changed their API (https://support.bitly.com/hc/en-us/articles/360004395631-Migrating-from-v3-to-v4-of-the-Bitly-API) so for pubs who haven’t yet updated their Client ID and Secret and still have their old credentials saved, is it expected that it will stop working.

Now you need to update the bitty credentials for the new api and add them in the dashboard settings.

2. We’re showing counts for Facebook directly from Facebook Graph API. Facebook Graph API service seems temporarily down due to downtime. Wait and retry operation later.
