In reply to: [Calculated Fields Form] The link you followed has expiredI have the same error. I’m on version 5.0.266, but it says no updates are available. www.ads-software.com says the latest version is 1.2.3. I don’t understand?
Ok, will do. Thank you!
The error log works in v3.0.0, so I was able to see some permissions that needed to be granted:
GetBucketOwnershipControls
PutBucketOwnershipControlsIt seems to be working fine, now.
Thank you for the help.

Ok, after recreating the S3 policies twice, I now see that it ONLY works if the plugin is set to:
Block All Public Access Enabled
It does NOT work if it is set to:
Block All Public Access Disabled
But after disabling public access during testing I cannot now re-enable it??? All I get is the more info link:
Block All Public Access Disabled More info ?
Also, if block public access is enabled, no thumbnail for an uploaded image appears in the WP media browser. I just see a grey square. Is this intentional? I need to be able to see images in order to place them on pages.
Here are the permissions:

Hi,
Thanks for your help so far. I have checked the all the permissions are correct according to the JSON posted, and images are still not being copied to S3. I have enabled WP DEBUG, and there is nothing showing in the log.

In reply to: [Subscriptions for WooCommerce] How to deal with failed paymentsHi,
Thanks for your reply. We will purchase the pro version. What will happen to the previously failed attempt? Does it try to activate the subscription again the next billing cycle?
All working now – increasing max_allowed_packet resolved the issue. Thanks for your help!
Hi Emerson,
Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately the 1.6.1-beta2 version hasn’t made a difference – it still hangs at the DB import stage. This was using a fresh destination WP install, both source and destination WP v6.
I will upload the WPRIME package and log to Dropbox and contact support as you requested.

In reply to: [LH User Taxonomies] Taxonomy shows 0 users per termI’m having the same problem – the count in the taxonomy admin screen always says ‘0’. Is there a fix for the admin?
UPDATED – ignore that, I had some configuration leftover from an ACF implementation of this functionality.
