OK…now what?

Apparently that’s not the culprit. Having the same problem again. All my plugins currently de-activated, and it’s still showing an error.

Found the culprit….the Akismet plugin. So…there’s that.

Wentasi, by Fame Themes. I changed to the theme I’d been using before that had no issues, but same problem.

Same issue, and only after upgrading to 4.0. Guido, what plugins did you disable? I’ve stripped my plugins down to what I think are the bare minimums, and would rather not shut anything off.

All: even though it shows an error, the image is still available to drop into your post. So there’s that. You just can’t see the thumbnail. Oddly, I was able dump GIFs in no problem, but .jpgs are causing an issue.

Having the same issue. When I go to the wordpress.com dashboard, too, I’m getting the message that stats aren’t available on a post due to the plugin being deactivated, but I haven’t deactivated it.
