well, as I said in another thread, I think the solutio is to replace your comments.php by the defaulkt one.

Now everything is working fine, if you are a registered member, you won’t be asked to enter your name or email or url, just a “leave a reply” box.
If you are a guest, you will have to give your name, url and email (according your admin configuration)

The only thing that doesn’t seem to work, is that there is no confirmation after validating the comment.
we send the comment, but we don’thave any confirmation that the submission worked or not.

I’ve had the same issue, but I’ve just replaced my comments.php by the default one, and it works !
if your are logged as admin or member, there is just a “leave a message” box (no email required, no url) but if you want to comment without being a member, you will have to enter your name, url and email (according your admin configuration)
It works fine now !!!
I’m also able to view my old comments !

well, I replaced it but with Firefox, the menu is far at the right of the screen (outside the blog lol) and I’ve got a scrolling bar at the bottom, and still nothing with IE.

is exactly what I have.

if I remove this line, the menu is missing in BOTH Explorer AND Fiirefox LOLL

it’s the same CSS that I used before upgrading to 1.5, and everything worked fine with IE and Firefox….

I’ve spent the day trying to solve this CSS issue and my comments problems, I’m completely lost :-/
