I’d also like to mention that as mentioned in the product details, Custom Fonts can currently be used with the Astra theme, Beaver Builder Theme, Beaver Builder Plugin, and Elementor as of now.

But, we are definitely open to suggestions and will check what best can be done to add more compatibilities soon. ??

I see there is a little misunderstanding and I’d like to clear that. The Free Starter Templates can be used when you only have the free Starter Templates only.

The Premium Starter Templates are available with the Essential or the Growth Bundle and not Astra Pro. This is mentioned within the FAQs on the pricing page and the plan comparison page.

While the Astra Pro addon enhances the free Astra theme with more features, the Essential and Growth Bundle includes many more tools apart from Astra Pro and the Starter Templates.

I understand what you feel. But, I’d like to inform you that Schema – All In One Schema Rich Snippets was build in 2012 and used MicroData which was recommended back then.

We understand that you don’t like the content that gets displayed on your page/post. However, as per the strong recommendation of Google, MicroData should be visible to the user.

If you still do not want your schema markup to affect your front-end design, you can use Schema Pro – our advanced Schema markup plugin built with the latest JSON- LD technology that does not display any markups in the frontend. You can know more here.

I understand how you might be feeling and can assure you that this can definitely be handled. ??

I’d just like to mention that we created Astra as the simplest theme that has all the necessary features one needs and can be extended with Astra Pro for advanced features and functionalities. You won’t need to add custom code unless it is an extremely custom requirement that you are looking for.

Regarding the auto-renewals, it is mentioned that annual licenses are up for renewals and one can cancel a subscription by simply submitting a form from our store backend. Since you are a customer, can you check that in your store account and manage subscriptions through teh specific page?

I am Elvina from team Brainstorm Force, the makers of the Starter Templates plugin and I am sorry to hear that this didn’t work fine for you.

I’d like to mention that the Starter Templates plugin does not change anything immediately after installation. Users need to import their desired templates that pull in the pages and posts from the template. But, this does not replace anything on the website.

I am not sure what exactly happened at your end. Could you please open a support thread with a little more details so that our team can work with you and help?

I completely understand your request.

But the majority of our users prefer using it as it is and have not requested something like this. Adding features that not everyone may use will only add some extra bloat to the theme. This is why we advise users to couple the theme with a third-party plugin in case that serves their purpose. ??

Nevertheless, we are always open to feedback and I’ll definitely take this across to our team to see if it can be considered anytime in the future.
