Regarding the font colors, you can definitely manage them through the Global color settings. Go to Global -> Colors in the customizer. This should make it easier for you. ??

The free Astra theme is made with all the necessary options and settings that one needs on the website. We’ve kept that minimal to avoid any extra bloat on websites where people may not need any advanced and additional features.

Astra Pro is an addon that gives users access to these advanced features that some people may need.

It is still possible to create complete websites using the free Astra theme. Our free website templates (Starter Templates) are an example of this.

I completely understand your frustration and would advise you to try our Starter Templates that can be imported and used to build websites in just a few clicks.

I am Elvina working with team Brainstorm Force, the makers of the Starter Templates plugin and I am sorry to hear that you aren’t too satisfied with it.

I’d like to inform you that we offer complete website templates built with different page builders like Elementor, Beaver Builder, Gutenberg, and Brizy. Although the first lot are released for Elementor, our design team works on replicating them with the other builders too. The reason you might see fewer templates in Gutenberg might be due to the lack of design options as of now.

However, we aim at replicating everything possible for Gutenberg since it is the default editor that many prefer to use. In fact, this is one reason we are among the first ones to offer ready Gutenberg Block Patterns in Starter Templates so one can import and use them as required to build complete pages to make websites in no time.

Having said this, we are always open to feedback and would love to hear from you. You can also drop in your template suggestions so that our design team can make a note of them align them for the future designs. ??

I’d like to inform you that this is fixed and you will simply need to sync the library to fetch the templates for everything to work fine. Here is an article that will help you sync the template library.

I am Elvina from team Brainstorm Force and I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with our theme.

Just to let you know, there are a lot of features available in the free theme that is further enhanced with Astra Pro.

The free Astra theme is fully functional with common and necessary features that users may need. We did not want to bloat it up with advanced stuff that may not be useful for everyone.

Also, just to let you know, we value user feedback and suggestions and have improvised things and included features like the transparent header, the header footer builder, and more in the free theme too. These options can later be improvised using Astra Pro.

I’d like to inform you that the review request seen in the admin panel is set to be shown only after a user has installed the plugin for a set number of days. It should not be appearing before that. Furthermore, one can opt-out or simply close the notice and it should not appear again.

I am Elvina from team Brainstorm Force and I am sorry to hear that you aren’t happy with how things turned up here.

I completely understand your point of view. I would like to mention that auto-renewals are a part of our annual product plans and this goes with all purchases made at our store except the ones where users get in touch and cancel subscriptions.

To avoid sudden payments, we make sure every user is sent a notice 2 weeks prior to the renewal date so that they get a chance to opt-out of it. Since we take such steps and are transparent enough about payments, we do not process refunds on renewals.

However, considering this as an exceptional case and seeing that the products weren’t used at all, we have initiated a refund that has been successfully processed and confirmed through email.
