The above issue may be caused because of incorrect credentials for the corresponding mode.

The issue you are facing may be due to copying of plugin files from one site to another site. Please remove the plugin and reinstall it. It will work.

This seems to be a multisite issue.

Install WooCommerce & Our USPS Plugin in the Network level (DO NOT Activate in network level)
Activate WooCommerce & Our USPS plugin at the Individual site level.

You can increase your ‘Timeout’ by editing your php.ini file. If you don’t have access to it you can ask your hosting service provider to increase it.
