This option is available in Mobile Assistant application and it allows to limit order notifications. Open ‘Connection Configuration’ page, move to ‘Notifications’ section and select desired order status from the list (click on edit icon there to get the list of order statuses)

Mobile Assistant Connector application changes order status by means of WooCommerce resources. How the plugin, you are using, works afterwards, does not depend on Mobile Assistant Connector. Please note, we do not guarantee compatibility with third-party applications, you are using. Let us know if you have any other question

Please, check if it is possible to access module externally by adding to your store URL – “?connector=mobileassistant”
e.g. https://yourstoreurl.com/?connector=mobileassistant

Most likely, some chances to your .htaccess file should be implemented. In case you have any issues with the task and cannot perform it, we will gladly assist you if you send us your FTP access details and your admin access to e-mail – [email protected]
