Thanks for your question. I would recommend checking your send from details. If you have not verified your sending domain yet this can often cause recipient email servers to reject your message.

So that I can best help. Can I ask that you open a support ticket from inside your email blaster account. This will enable me to look up your account details and advise accordingly.

The latest version of the plugin removes the need for ReCaptcha. When a user adds their details to join your mailing list – they are send an email asking them to click on a link to confirm subscription (a double opt-in).

This will prevent a bot from attacking your form as they will not be able to complete the second part of the subscribe process (providing a valid email and clicking on the verify link).

Thanks for your message. Not a problem, that will be quickly achievable.

You can customise the ‘subscribe complete’ page to include a download link to your ebook. So when a subscriber joins your list, on the success page you can include the link to download.
