I thought I did explai, it is to improve the performannce of the site, as I have had massive issues in the past. Is this the best way to right the command to put into cron jobs in the cpanel

Is there any advise on this issue? it is causing havoc on my site.

Thank you so much this fixed my problem, I was about ready to start looking for a different plugin as I had tried all of the other solutions that I could find.

This is getting aggravating, I ended up changing to jigoshop, which I did not really like but then for no apparent reason it crashed my site. So I had tested woocommerce on a clean install and it worked so I ran it on my live site and the sale seemed to be changing over but it seemed to take 2 days instead of one. (I give away a free embroidery design every day). Yesterday I updated the plugin and the sale item has not changed I installed wp control plugin and initially it showed the cron job so i clicked run now and the product that was supposed to be on sale came on sale, but I wanted to manually add the one that was missed so I went into that product put the dates in and updated it, but that product is not on sale despite manually updating it. I then went back into wp control and the cron job is not there but it is in debug cron. I tried manually added the cron job to wp control which also had no effect. I have no idea what to do next. very frustrating.

Thank you for that, I was able to get all of the previous orders to show bu not the downloads associated with them. It is still only showing the last 5 downloads.

The non zero sale price did not work. there was nothing in the logs. I have had to go with Jigoshop because I just could not get this to work, which is a shame because in all other aspects woocart seems to be better.

I have started using jigoshop the prices change over at the shceduled time but it comes with other problems, here is the screen shot of the settings

I have done that Mike, the cron job does exist but it still won’t change over unless I go in individually and update on the day of the sale. I can’t even do it ahead of time.

Yes I have deactivated every single pluggin then reactivated Woocommerce and it still did not work.

Thanks Mike, I have done all of that I have even deleted and reinstalled WC and it has not helped.

How did you go with this Mark3738? I am having the same problem but my sale dates won’t start or finish. I have tried deactivating woocommerce and reactivating it, I then tried deleting it and reinstalling it. I have a daily free download that obviously needs to change each day, but unless I go into the product on the actual scheduled day and update without changing anything else it does not change, This defeats the purpose of having a scheduled sale date. I have been struggling with this for about 10 days now. I would be so grateful for some assistance.
