This appears to be a site issue not the plugin, My Apologies Raul!

Update, Narrowing down the issue alightly, it appears to be a conflict between the plugins “Autoptimize” and “Merge + Minify + Refresh”.

Further Narrowing it down, within “Merge + Minify + Refresh” the conflict occurs only when

“Enable Output Buffering” – Output buffering may be required for compatibility with some plugins. If its disabled only the header requests will be be sent for HTTP2 Server Push.

option is enabled. (so possibly some thing to do with code being served via the HTTP2 server push protocall”

Note: if the CSS optimisation section of “Autoptimize” is switched off the page renders as normal.

This did not occur prior tot he 2.2x update, might just be some thing the new code is doing is throwing a spanner in the works some where.

thease two plugins were working hand in hand wonderfuly.

Better explanation on how Stage 1/2 will work:

• Our website that runs a booking form for our services, that clients can book a date and time and then pay a deposit for that service (payments handled by WooCommerce)
• Upon the client attending their session our receptionist via a POS system (idealy integrated with Woo) will bring up the customers details and current order/s, find the current partialy paid for order and then complete the order by taking the remainder of the payment.

could I please ask for details on how inovices/orders are handled when taking multipul payments.
Would this be able to be intergrated with an POS plugin for example (WooCommerce Point of Sale (POS) by actualityextensions)

As idealy we would like to be able to from the EPOS machine look up the clients order and then complete the transaction.

Additional Information:
All in store payments are required to go through an EPOS system, idealy integrated in to woo.

We currently have the plugin installed on two of our clients websites, one is currently live the other is under maintenance mode as its still in development.

Note: The plugin is currently disabled on both sites listed below.

For each result please review the Waterfall section and scroll to the bottom

On the first report you’ll see two calls to “admin-ajax.php”
The first with a GET query for rns_get_html and a responce time of 2.1s.
The second with a POST responce of action=rns_get_reactions and a responce time of 1.39s.

As you can see from the rest of the waterfall, this is where the majority of the website load time is being lost.

In the second report you’ll see that thease two calls do not appear, thus the website loads much more quickely.

Please note: this site is still in development and thus has had no form of Optimisation, so the speed’s are slower.

Again in the first report the “admin-ajax.php” calls are present with around a 1.x second responce time, They are not present in the second report, and thus the sitespeed is faster.

The Metrix reports above are analysing the homepage of each site, the plugin is not acctually being used or displayed on the frontpage what so ever, only on the product pages, Should the plugin acctually be sending requests from the front page at all ?

I am able to provide you with login credentials for both websites if you require, so that you may reactivate and adjust the plugin settings to further test/analyse the problem, however I would need a more secure form of communicating sutch details to you e.g. privately via email.

Author’s are looking into the bug right now, I have them on a private support ticket, will update you all once they get back to me.

Update:

To update what I touched on in my post regarding users logged in:
The bug ONLY affects guests, users, it is not present at all for a user once logged into the affected website regardless of their access level or permissions.

Hey guys

I have just updated the maintenance plugin to v3.4 from v3.3 on multiple sites that I maintain.
There appears to be a rather large bug with the new version it’s causing a White Screen to display for guest users (users that are not logged in to the website), this may possibly extend to users that are logged in that do not have admin privileges.

I have enabled wp debugging mode but unfortunately, there are no errors on screen or in any of my logs that I can forward on to you.

Wordpress Version:4.7.3
Maintenance Plugin Version: 3.4
PHP v5.6 (FPM)

Any chance of getting one of the support members to comment on this, all im looking for honestly is a statement that i can show the theme/plugin author stating the issue shown in the images is not caused by WordFence, as WordFfence is working correctly until their plugin is enabled, i have tried to explain this to them I know this is ridiculous but its what they have asked for.
