Hi @davask42. Upon checking, this is a known bug and we’re trying to implement a fix on the upcoming v5.0.

If you want to apply the fix before the MWP 5.0 release, you would need to:

• replace the /path/to/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/matomo/classes/WpMatomo/WpStatistics/DataConverters/FilterConverter.php file with this one: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/matomo-org/matomo-for-wordpress/5def0885f13516f00cad9fbadf8f9a01a0e83f59/classes/WpMatomo/WpStatistics/DataConverters/FilterConverter.php

• replace the /path/to/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/matomo/classes/WpMatomo/WpStatistics/Importers/Actions/PagesImporter.php file with this one: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/matomo-org/matomo-for-wordpress/5def0885f13516f00cad9fbadf8f9a01a0e83f59/classes/WpMatomo/WpStatistics/Importers/Actions/PagesImporter.php

Hi @eberhapa. You might have a plugin that is not compatible with Matomo for WordPress. Kindly check the list of the incompatible plugins on this link.

You can also try to deactivate all the plugins except Matomo for WordPress, then activate the other plugins one by one. This will help you too to identify which plugin is not compatible.
