I confirm that the Email Customizer is no longer working. I appreciate your suggestion to replace it with MailPoet.

My question concerns the WooCommerce templates. Even after reverting to the original WooCommerce templates, the links in the emails still don’t work. For instance, her WooCommerce store emails now use the default templates, but when I click on a link that should redirect me to the payment page, it instead takes me here: https://prnt.sc/813AIJjDjOB_ (screenshot of the page I land on).

I assumed the Email Customizer was causing this issue, but for some reason, even with the default WooCommerce email templates, the payment links still don’t work.

Do you have any suggestions on how to move forward?

The tracking was updated automatically by Printful. Once Printful indicated that the product had been shipped out, it triggered the email to be sent out to the customer.

Thank you very much for your prompt response! The purchase is pretty straightforward:
1. Purchase is done via WooCommerce: product page > checkout > payment.
2. Once payment is confirmed, the client receives an email with the PDF download.

The PDF files are hosted on AWS. The links to these files don’t work when RankMath is on. If RankMath is disabled, the links work.

I can also generate a test coupon if your team would like to do a test purchase on your end? Would this help?

It is the latest version of Hestia. I actually switched from Orfeo as I was told by the Hestia support that Orfeo is obsolete.

Not sure I can see where to adjust the location of the text area of the Top Bar (please see screenshot attached https://prnt.sc/3J6Zph2whDbc)

Any documentation to help me adjust this would be appreciated. Also, when viewing the mobile version, the text does not appear at all (screenshot attached for our reference https://prnt.sc/iMkLDJ9kiazx), so I’m wondering if you have an idea on how to fix this.

Thank you for getting back. I actually found a quick CSS fix with this code to hide the tabs. I have now removed the code so you can have a look at the gray boxes. Not sure if there’s another way to fix this properly. Thank you in advance!

This is my quick CSS fix:

Thank you for getting back. I’ve tried these solutions already but unfortunately, none of them solved the problem. I’ve deactivated and activated the plugins several times, removed the image and replaced it with a new one, and even cleaned the cache.

Since it’s functioning on the obsolete Orfeo child theme, I’m assuming this is causing the glitch. Would you suggest just switching to parent theme Hestia and if yes, would you happen to know if this switch will cause some layout shifts?

Sincere apologies for my late reply. Yes, I was migrating the website to another domain name during the time that you checked it. It should be ok and active once again.

The domain name that I gave (https://bon-cadeau-parapente.fr/) should be redirecting to the new domain now (https://wefly-parapente.com/).

If you still have the time to help me figure out a way to center out the hero image on mobile (when viewed on a real mobile phone), that would be a huge help!
