You know, if I spent a few more seconds reading your request, I wouldnt’ve made an arse of myself writing about feedwordpress.

As a compensation for my recklessness, I’ll post a link to my upgraded version, in which you’ll have an option to move images to the wordpress site, and rewrite links to match the new URLs…

It runs fine on my wordpress (www.emgee.se) to fetch data from my mobile blog (mremgee.blogspot.com).
There’s a problem with making it automatic though. Since my host wont let me run cron-jobs on the server, I’ll have to set, for instance, one of my computers at work to call the update-feeds.php-file every now and then, so it fetches new content.

I use simplexml for php5 to parse through XML files, form array variables and push the content to the site. To get the files, I’ve used Curl mostly.
