    Hello @royaltyhealth

    Thank you for your question.

    The plugin can’t currently add badges based on shipping class. We’re always looking for ways to improve, and we’ll keep this feature in mind for future updates, maybe in the pro version of the plugin.

    Hi @pdig2000

    Thank you for choosing our plugin.

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

    There is an error on your cart, please enable debugging on your site and let us know more details about the error message.

    If you enabled a debug log on your site you can find errors inside the wp-content/plugins/debug.log file.

    Add below lines to your wp-config.php file to enable debugging and debug log.
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true );

    After enabling debug and getting errors inside the debug.log file disable debugging by setting true to false in above lines like the below example.
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false );
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, false );

    It can be an issue with the Ajax Add to Cart feature too, so you can disable it and try again.

    This issue can be related to your theme or one of the plugins on your site. To find it follow the below steps.

    • Deactivate any WooCommerce-related plugins, and only active the product bundle and WooCommerce.
    • Delete the product from the cart and add it again. If it worked fine, activate other plugins one by one to find the plugin that causes this issue.
    • Try with another theme.
    • If you are using WooCommerce cart block then try to use WooCommerce cart shortcode instead.
    • Try to deactivate all of the plugins and only keep WooCommerce + Product Bundle.

    I hope it helps.

    Best regards

    Hello @blooper1

    Thank you for choosing our plugin.

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

    Please check the below tips.

    First, ensure you have the latest version of free and pro plugins.
    If you have the PRO version, to enable pro version updates, refer to the plugin settings – enable updates tab and enter your license key then save settings. After referring to the plugins update page click on the “Check for updates” link of the plugin and update it.

    • Try with another category. If it is a multi language website, then make sure that you are selecting a category from the current language.
    • Try the same bundle on our demo website. If it works fine on the demo website then there is a conflict on your site that causes this issue.

    Maybe a conflict on your site causes this issue.

    • Deactivate any WooCommerce-related plugins, and only active the product bundle and WooCommerce.
    • Delete the product from the cart and add it again. If it worked fine, activate other plugins one by one to find the plugin that causes this issue.

    Regarding the cache issue, consider the below tips.

    There seems to be a cache issue on your website. To address this, consider disabling the cache temporarily and retrying the action. The plugin relies on the WP Rest API to fetch popup products, so it’s important to ensure that your cache plugin does not cache the Rest API request.

    If the previous suggestion doesn’t resolve the issue, there might be a conflict on your website triggering this problem. To troubleshoot, deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and the Product Bundle plugin. Test the functionality; if it works correctly, reactivate the plugins one by one to pinpoint the one causing the issue.

    Add the below files to the cache excludes, in case you need further assistance please contact your cache plugin support.

    /wp-includes/js/dist/url.min.js
    /wp-includes/js/dist/hooks.min.js
    /wp-includes/js/dist/i18n.min.js
    /wp-includes/js/dist/api-fetch.min.js
    /wp-includes/js/dist/vendor/react-dom.min.js
    /wp-includes/js/dist/vendor/react.min.js
    \wp-content\plugins\easy-product-bundles-for-woocommerce\assets\js\shared\index.js
    \wp-content\plugins\easy-product-bundles-for-woocommerce\assets\js\product\index.js
    \wp-content\plugins\easy-product-bundles-for-woocommerce\assets\js\admin\admin\index.js
    \wp-content\plugins\easy-product-bundles-for-woocommerce\assets\js\admin\product\index.js
    \wp-content\plugins\easy-product-bundles-for-woocommerce-pro\assets\js\product\index.js
    \wp-content\plugins\easy-product-bundles-for-woocommerce-pro\assets\js\utils\index.js
    /wp-content/plugins/easy-product-bundles-for-woocommerce/assets/css/product/style.css
    /wp-content/plugins/easy-product-bundles-for-woocommerce/assets/css/shared/style.css
    /wp-content/plugins/easy-product-bundles-for-woocommerce-pro/assets/css/product/style.css

    Set your Cache lifespan option in WP Rocket to a value below 12 hours; 10 hours would be a starting point, but you may have go down to 8 or even less.

    In case none of the above tips can’t help you, it should be debugged on your website. If you have the pro version please contact us here for further investigation.

    I hope it helps.

    Hi @malelom

    Thank you for choosing our plugin.

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

    We tested it and it is working fine and shows the badges properly.

    On the product page, the plugin adds the badge to the appropriate position by a Javascript code. It seems that the Javascript codes run after a delay on your site and the badge will be shown after a delay.

    You can try to deactivate the Javascript delay if you are using such an option in your cache plugin.

    We have tested on the mobile and it is working fine.

    Please make sure that Javascript isn’t block on your mobile device.

    I hope it helps.

    Hi @merithome

    You should clear the plugin pricing cache by resaving one of the pricing rules.

    In case the above tip can’t help you, maybe a conflict on your site causes this issue. To find the conflict follow the below steps.

    • First please make sure that you applied one pricing rule to the product.
    • Deactivate all of the WooCommerce related plugins (especially pricing and discount plugins).
    • Activate only our plugin with WooCommerce and one of the recommended currency switcher plugins.
    • Go to your created rule and click on the Save button to clear the cache.
    • Test it again and if this time it worked properly activate other WooCommerce related plugins one by one and test it again to find the plugin that causes this issue.
    • Try with WooCommerce cart and checkout shortcodes in case you are using cart or checkout blocks.
    • Try with another theme.

    If the above tips can’t help you, please send us the below information to let us check it out.

    • Your product prices configuration screenshot.
    • A full-page screenshot of the rule that has an issue.
    • Your currency switcher plugin configuration screenshots.

    I hope it helps.
