on my host site.

I think i solved it, seems that i had to change the localhost in wp-config even though my host provider said it shouldn’t be changed. ??

On the domain-url.com:

An error occurred while connecting to the database

On the /wp-admin/install.php:

An error occurred while connecting to the database
This means that the username and password in your wp-config.php file is incorrect or we can not connect to the database server at localhost . This could mean that your online hotel database server is offline.

Are you sure you have the correct username and password?
Are you sure you entered the correct hostname?
Are you sure that the database server is running?
If you are unsure what these terms mean you should contact your host. If you still need help you can visit the WordPress Support Forums

So, i’ve managed to find out that i have a folder in my root called domain-url.com and have the same numerical value as the public_html has. My hosting website claims that THAT is the public_html folder.

I’ve now uploaded wp into that folder. I’ve changed my wp-config so it matches my database info. But when i go into https://domain-url/wp-admin/install.php it says that it’s something wrong with my wp-config file. But i don’t know what the problem is. Any thoughts?
