I’ve looked at it, multiple times, but [_format_{field name} “{date format}”] works only on the mails sent by the form, not on the form itself.
The date is showing fine as dd/mm/yyyy on every browser, except on Firefox and Safari where the field works thanks to the fallback feature.
You can see it here in the fourth field. It displays the date just fine on Chrome and Opera, but will always display it as yyyy-mm-dd on Firefox and Safari. How to change that ?
