Thank you for your fast replies. I do have a screen capture if this happening but not sure how to upload it here.

I do have a recent backup with Updraft from 2 days ago. Because I’m a bit of a noob, if I restore this backup will I lose my most recent blog post (that I have been writing today)? Sorry but I a bit nervous messing around with the site.
