wow halleluya.i checked the dashboard>appearance>menus.>under page>view all.i saw home,and home home,i delete the home from the menu and save.i added the home;home custom,i view it i saw my site url.i save.behold everything is working fine fine thanks wpginfo.
i can now post in simple term for newbies how to get leaf theme demo sittings and more.

When i click “home” at my gethotinfo.com i dont get the same result like when i click the title of my site ie the “gethotinfo”.
At leaf demo clicking “home” and the “leaf” display the same result which is the defualt template.how can the cliking of my home achieve that?
I deleted jackpack plugin for the slide to work again.
I will write the demo unofficial documentation soon when the home page start working.

@Alchymth,you got what i mean,yes the post per page sittings.i.e dashboard>settings>reading>.,

i read that the maximum default post per page for wordpress is (15)
I actually want to increase it to 45-60 posts.
for i want post titles in the showcase template home of the wp 2011 default to be very many as seen in nairaland.com

is there a plugin for configuring childtheme or a plugin that can increase post per page, for i know nothing about codes?
And what is the code i should add to the childtheme if only child theme can achieve that?
