What is annoying is when you go to a story I have the title and large blank space – you have to start scrolling then images/text start to come into view.

Thanks for the reply. I was using Canvas because I know this theme well as I used this for my business site.
I have now decided it is not viable (or too much work) to use this for my personal story site so I will either use one of the recommended Aesop story themes or the Longford theme.

But if the product is a mix of video download and streaming (virtual) and DVD (shipping), then woocommerce only sends the download to ‘completed’.

For streaming video where the customer pays to watch once (rent) although it is a virtual product it is not a download – then the order shows as ‘processing’. Same with DVD but that does not matter because the customer waits for the DVD to arrive by mail.

So about 20% of our orders are shown as ‘processing’ in the customer receipt and on the customers login account page.

Apparently not so. My products are videos and virtual and downloads. But some are for streaming so download is not selected.
The fact is that my customers see ‘processing’ on their receipt eimmediately after payment and its very confusing – they think this is payment processing.

I asked Woocommerce to fix this a year ago.

Thanks – I know about this plugin – it should be fixed and not a paid plugin – to have to manually complete orders is crazy.

But really all I need is to find the php file and delete the processign word – that’s really the problem – to stop the customer seeing this so they assume the order is complete.

My customers still get order ‘processing’ notification on their account page and 25% of them do not realize they can still download their order so they do not click on the download link.

I cannot understand why Woocommerce has this situation because I see endless posts about this ‘processing’.

This happened to me and I found out it was because I used short code for the category on a page and this uses the theme template not a woocommerce template.

Any ideas appreciated….

But what about security? I need to restrict access to authenticated users and also hide the url from browsers etc.

They should not still sell the plugin if it is not working correctly or is redundent.

The mian problem is I am using S3 video plugin which works great with all my videos from Amazon S3.
But this uses a short code which does nto work here.

It does have an embed code but this uses flowplayer which will not work.

I am also using a ‘product page tab’ and as a test I pasted the video shortcode (from the plugin S3 video which I am using).

This worked fine.

I then pasted in an iframe – this worked fine. I have the iframe plugin activated.

So if both these worked in the general product tab plugin I cannot understand why I cannot get them working in your video tab?

I changed to another woocommerce tab which worked with shortcode. works!

I just tried the shortcode – which uses jsvideo and buffering was fine, so it is flowplayer issue not my video.

Problem is that the embed code only use flowplayer right? The area I want to use video will not play the shortcode.
