Thanks but I just need to add this new discovery….
I am using this plugin so that I can show certain categories on certain pages – as there are 3 blog pages for 3 categories – List category posts.
This is not showing the thumbs. If let the post go to another page (the default blog page set in admin) then the thumb images show.

So I need to get rid of the list category plugin – any ideas on getting 3 cats to show on 3 pages – and exclude all other posts?

You should start not with a theme but the ecommerce itself – the shopping cart.

I spent 12 months struggling with shop carts – 8 months of what I call ‘ecommerce nightmare’ – please avoid this plugin. In fact avoid all free shopping carts.

I went with shopp. It is by far the winner – I tried almost everyone that works with wp. I think it costs $55 – works so well. You are welcome to se this on my site at emptymindfilms.com

Support for this product is non-existent. I struggled for six months hacking this shopping cart – it was a nightmare then I switched to ‘shopp’ which is what I recommend you do …now!

I want to launch shadowbox from a sidebar widget so now I need to find one that can slide or rotate image links using normal image tag.
I havent found one yet. Even so, this is great plugin so for now I will workaround this limitation.

As of now I am resigned to having no custom fields displayed on the write/edit page due to this plugin and I am out of answers. Site is at https://newyoumag.com
This means no custom fields for any posts show up!
If I put back the post_meta code into my page.php then I get the mf_page_type: Post displayed on the page.

I did just now get a message froom more fields support and the problem lies in the theme’s loop somewhere.

First you need to decide if you are hosting (storing) your own video clips or if you want Vimeo-Youtube to do this and you then embed a link.

If you create the video then you can use any theme you wish – on-demand and similar are more often used to embed links to all the video sites. Also they are not e-commerce enabled if you sell your movie clips.

I would stream my own clips If I were you – more professional and then themes could be anything you like – check out slideshow-pro for a superb video gallery player and also shadowbox plug in.

It is the shadow image behind the nav bar – go to ul#navigation in the style.css to adjust the bottom-padding or its height.
I’m dont have the theme’s style here right now or I would post code.
