@cornishsue you can use shortcode attribute border_size to specify how many pixels should be in between the images in the gallery. For example [go_gallery border_size=30] you don’t need to add ‘px’ after the number. Please note that border is different from ‘gap’ attribute and will give you colorful frame around the image. If is not what you want you can use gap=30 attribute alternatively, for example [go_gallery gap=30] Play with the settings and see what works best for you. Thanks!

We have considered to add video files support earlier, image will be used as a thumbnail, video file (or an external video) will be added as an external link and on click video will appear on the lightbox. Unfortunately we can not give exact time estimation when this new feature will be released, all I can tell that right now we are testing it.

Those thumbnails is result of work of some other plugin or your theme, it has nothing to do with go-gallery. Please review your plugins and see what may cause this.

As of lightbox it is updated but we have to remove image scroll in lightbox.

This plugin is under heavy development and we will keep improve it. Unfortunately we can not add all the features to the free version of this plugin, hope you understand. Most of the points you have mentioned like one column responsive (mobile) view and random thumbnails display is already included in our PRO version – https://bit.ly/gogogal, we may consider to add some of this features to the free version at some point as well. As of lightbox, we know it require some attention, we are working on it and soon it will be improved.
