Thank you for a fast response. I am not too savy on the workings of the website as I am just learning as I go.

If I change themes, will it change the layout of the page and will it change back when I put the current theme back in place?

I turned the verification off because the people that would subscribe are not ones to verify. When it was on, there was no change in influx. Also, like I said before, my newsletter provider, that supplies the pop up, verified that they are not coming through it.

I deactivated the mailpoet plug in and now the site seems to be working fine.
That leaves me with another issue.
Mailpoet was logging my newsletter subscribers so how do i log newsletter subscribers in Feedback Form Responses?
Mailpoet came originally installed but i accidentally deleted it. The reinstall didnt work right.
Now what?

What do you mean, reset the plugins without going to the dashboard?
