    Hi @xue28

Our hosting provider got back to us and said that the WooCommerce plugin is now installed and working properly. I will start using the plugin again to add products, pages, etc. in the coming days and I’ll reach out if I encounter any issues.

    Thanks!

    Hi @beautyofcode ,

I contacted our hosting provider to make sure that all of the WooCommerce Server recommendations and WordPress requirements are met. They confirmed that our site does meet these settings correctly.

Our hosting provider has escalated a support ticket to their backend team and I will hear back within 1-2 business days if this gets resolved or the next steps needed.

I will install the query plugin and permanently uninstall WooCommerce if our hosting provider is unable to resolve this issue.

To clarify, we did not have a fully functioning eCommerce store running during this time. I was in the middle of building it out for the first time.

I will let you know what I hear back from our hosting provider once they get back to me.

    Thank you for your help!
