Deactivating and reactivating all the plugins worked for me. I also had to follow the permalink instructions. Interestingly, I did not have to disable any plugin permanently: it seems that de/activating everything fixed the problem in and of itself.

I should mention that I also had to reinstate my membership page/wc shortcode. I am using PMPro for membership, so there was a little conflict there, too, I think.

I’ve managed to get things working. I removed all evidence of Cc paths and
made sure to set up the Mail 2 correctly. Things were working fine before I updated WP and CF7, but I’m glad you have your things working.

To fix this problem, I actually needed to install and configure a SMTP plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/

I configured Mail 1 as:
To: my SMTP host account
From: your-name/your-email
Additional Headers: Reply-to: Your-name/your-email

I configured Mail 2 as:
To: Your name/your email
From: my SMTP host account
Additional Headers: Reply-to: My SMTP host account

I’m glad there is a fix. Not sure if this has anything to do with my host or not, but the plugin, along with those settings, solved my problems. It’s disappointing that I can’t point specific forms to specific email addresses (if I want to include an autoresponder), though.

I second this request: how do we center the pricing tables if we are using “smooth” or “gray”? It centers perfectly in “green”. I wrapped the embed code in div tags to no effect.
