    Hello,

I’m really sorry to hear about the issues you’ve faced, and I completely understand the frustration both you and your clients have experienced. While it’s unfortunate, these types of things can occasionally happen, especially when updates are made to improve performance or fix bugs. Our development team works hard to address these issues quickly, and I’m glad to hear that the updates helped bring your sites back online.

Your feedback is valuable, and I will pass this on to ensure we do a better job of keeping users informed. We always strive to improve and prevent disruptions like this in the future.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support of Elementor.

    Best regards,

It looks like the error is tied to the elementor/tracker/send_event cron, which collects tracking data. Here are some alternative steps you can take:

    1. Disable Tracking via Code:
Since there’s no UI option to disable usage tracking, you can add the following line of code to your wp-config.php file. This will prevent Elementor from sending any data to their servers:
       define('ELEMENTOR_CONNECT_TRACK_USAGE', false);

This should stop the cron event that’s causing the warnings.

    1. Check for User-Related Issues:
The warning suggests that Elementor is trying to access data for a user that doesn’t exist or doesn’t have the necessary data associated with them. You might want to check your users in the WordPress dashboard and ensure there are no users with incomplete data (such as no email).
    2. Clear or Reset Cron Jobs:
Sometimes, cron jobs can get stuck or misconfigured. You can use a plugin like WP Crontrol to inspect and remove or reset the elementor/tracker/send_event cron event, which could resolve the issue.
    3. Update Elementor:
Ensure that Elementor is updated to the latest version, as these types of warnings can be tied to bugs that have already been fixed in newer releases.

Let me know if any of these steps help!

    Hello,

You should be able to do this by clicking on the element going to Advances > Motion effects > Sticky Bottom on Mobile.

This should make the section stick to the bottom of the screen as you scroll.

if you are using elementor pro, you can create a ticket for faster and more direct help!

    Hello,

a code block would not load much faster, are you using a video from your media or from a youtube or other link?

Linked videos might have a delay as they need to be called from their main website.

If its a video in your media, I would recommend compressing the video file to make it smaller, this will have the most impact on its load time.

    Thank you!

    Hello,

For background images, when you click on a container they are under the style tab.
If its an image widget then you can click on the widget directly!

    Hello,

There may be a minimum height or widget gap set in site settings, this is usually the default spacing, if you make this number smaller, it should shrink the container as well. You may need to upload your local site to an online environment for us to be able to inspect deeper.

If you have elementor pro, you can also create a ticket from your account, so that we can help you with your site directly. Thank you!

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us. I understand that your anchor links in the format siteadi.com/#page-name are not appearing as expected in the URL when you click on the relevant section. This can happen for a few different reasons. Here are some steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:1. Check Your Theme and Plugins:

    • Theme Compatibility: Ensure that the Hello theme is updated to the latest version. Sometimes theme updates can affect how links and scripts are handled.
    • Plugin Conflicts: Deactivate all plugins temporarily, except Elementor, and see if the issue persists. If the anchor links start working, reactivate each plugin one by one to identify the conflict.

    2. Review the Anchor Link Setup:

    • Correct Setup: Double-check that the anchor links are correctly set up. Ensure that you have correctly assigned the ID to the sections and that the links are correctly pointing to #page-name.
    • Elementor Settings: If you’re using Elementor, make sure you’ve properly configured the anchor ID in the “Anchor” widget or through the CSS ID field in the Advanced tab of the section or widget settings.

    3. Browser Caching:

    • Clear Cache: Sometimes, browser cache can cause issues. Clear your browser cache or try accessing your site in an incognito window or a different browser.

    4. JavaScript Issues:

    • Console Errors: Check if there are any JavaScript errors in the console (right-click on the page > Inspect > Console tab) that might be affecting the functionality. If you see any errors, they may provide clues as to what is causing the issue.

    5. Local Environment Settings:

    • Local Environment: Since you’re working on a local environment, sometimes local server configurations can affect how URLs are handled. Make sure your local environment is configured correctly and consider testing the site on a staging server to see if the issue persists.

    6. Additional Troubleshooting:

    • Browser Extensions: Try disabling any browser extensions that might interfere with how URLs are displayed.
    • Custom Code: If you’ve added any custom code to your site, try removing it temporarily to see if it affects the behavior of your anchor links.

If after trying these steps the issue still persists, please let us know, and we can look into it further.

    Best regards,

    Hello,

Did the script contain JS code? if so its likely that some part of this code is conflicting with elementor.

You may need to adjust the code or ask the code provider to give you a diffrent want to embed the code, in my experience iFrames tends to work well.

In addition I see your using elementor pro, In this case, I ask you to create a ticket from your my.elementor.com account. You will have a dedicated agent who will investigate this for you and answer all your questions much more quickly. Thank you!

    Hi there,

It sounds like you’re encountering some issues with Elementor loading. Here are some basic troubleshooting steps you can try:

    1. Enable Safe Mode: As suggested, enable Elementor’s Safe Mode. This temporarily disables any potential conflicts from themes or plugins and can help identify the issue.
    2. Clear Cache: Clear your browser cache and any caching plugins you may have on your site. Sometimes, cached files can cause issues.
    3. Plugin Conflicts: Deactivate all other plugins except Elementor and Elementor Pro. Then, check if Elementor loads correctly. If it does, reactivate your plugins one by one to identify which one is causing the conflict.
    4. Theme Conflicts: Switch to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-Three to see if the issue is theme-related.
    5. Update Everything: Make sure WordPress, Elementor, and your plugins are all up to date. Outdated software can cause compatibility issues.
    6. Check PHP Version: Elementor recommends using PHP version 7.4 or higher. You can check your PHP version in your hosting control panel and upgrade if necessary.
    7. Increase PHP Memory Limit: Sometimes, increasing the PHP memory limit can help. You can try increasing it to 256M or 512M in your wp-config.php file.

If none of these steps work, let me know, and we can explore further options.

    Hello Elena,

Unfortunately the link you sent is not working, its possible that there is a plugin conflict.

Can you try deactivating all plugins except elementor and see if the button style starts working again?
    Thank you!
