I am also facing this issue. Every thing works fine. but sometimes website redirects to install page. i have tried every thing you guys mention here.
Checked wp-config.php
repaired database
increased php memory limit
increased maximum execution time for phpmyadmin
but still problem is there.

From 1 week the issue is increasing. even when more people visits my website then usua, the page redirects to install page. i have deleted the install.php. I think this is a server loading time type issue. I am worried about this.
need help plz guide.
