Sorry, this was removed accidentally.
I have updated 2.0.15 to include the fix outlined in https://pastebin.com/nsmwSxZ4
Hi Paul. Thanks for the patch, it will be included in next plugin version.
Disabling the results popup disables the popup that shows the top results for this rating. The blue icon will remain for free users as when clicked it will popup with some branding. To remove the branding entirely you will need to upgrade to a paid Polldaddy account.
Hi there, on WordPress.com I have an option to allow the Top Rated widget to filter by category. This means that the Top Rated widget will show the top rated content for the current category. I will include it in the next update.
The poll votes are handled by our servers and they are well able to handle that kinda load.
Hi, its likely that this is specific to your theme. If you contact Polldaddy support, we will be able to help you figure this out.
Hi there,
you can create as many polls as you like. The only bottleneck is the number of polls you can embed on a page at one time. With Internet Explorer, there is a limit to the number of external script calls per page, which limits the number of polls to around 30 (IIRC) for this browser.
The poll script is set up to load in the page footer, which means the page load times should not be noticeable.
Hi there, that is a very good idea. I’ll note it down and try and add it as soon as possible. Thanks for the suggestion!
It sounds like you are trying to create a poll without an answer. Is this the case?
You need to use a text widget in the sidebar and simply paste the poll shortcode into it.

In reply to: Polldaddy survey – embed only as iframe – height issueHi Demitjev, did you contact Polldaddy support with this issue?
The plugin does support survey shortcodes. If the survey is not rendering properly then I can take a look at this for you.
This update is available with version 2.0.10, which is live now.
Hi, sorry about the delay in dealing with this. I have updated the plugin with an option that should help you.
Some themes parse the posts content and the plugin loads the poll shortcode in the page footer, expecting the post content to be shown. This isn’t always the case however with some themes.
I have added an option Load Shortcodes Inline to the Polls & Ratings settings to allow you set the plugin to load the poll javascript inline rather than in the footer. This should fix your problem.
Hi, I have just updated the plugin which should allow you to fix this problem. Basically the onswipe theme parses the posts content and in doing so, the plugin loads the poll javascript in the footer (expecting the post content to be shown). The is now an extra option in the Polls & Ratings settings called Load Shortcodes Inline which when enabled will just load the poll javascript inline, rather than in the footer. This should fix your problem but please get back to me if it does not.

In reply to: poll plugin for 3.2Hi, the plugin supports 3.2. I’ve tested and incremented the plugin version to reflect this.
Also, a Polldaddy free account will be sufficient for most users needs.
Polls and ratings (which is the primary functionality of this plugin) have <b>unlimited</b> responses for everyone, including free accounts and always will.
The only limits in place are on surveys and we have recently raised the survey response limit from 100 to 200 responses per month. You can use surveys with this plugin by using the survey shortcode.
