Apparently, this is a theme related matter, but can’t figure it out since it works on the same theme in a different install…but, yes…switching themes on the current install brings back the screen options. Frustrating. Wonder if I’ve added some custom code somewhere along the way that has done this.

Since there’s virtually no information on correcting the matter, I’ll be moving onto another option. I was hopeful, but alas.

I’ve run a compatibility checker and corrected the one error it came up with, but there’s still something missing. Time to cut my losses.

I’ve encountered something similar, but I’m not using that plugin. I have the Chamber Dashboard plugin and I can’t see the “Locations” fields in my screen options. I’ve disabled ALL plugins with the exception of the Chamber plugin. Still had an issue.

I’ve encountered something similar. I’m using the Chamber Dashboard plugin and cannot turn on certain screen options when editing a business listing. I believe it is related to WP 4.9.4. Not sure how to correct this. (Yes, I’ve checked my plugins to see if they’re the cause.)

I’m not sure where to begin in customizing this. I’d welcome input from anyone who may have some ideas.

Is there any way to get a refund on this if it isn’t updated with the CSV import function?

I just downloaded the most recent version of the plugin and paid for the premium upgrade. I don’t see a way to upload a CSV file yet. It appears that only Easy2Map exports are the only things that can be imported…this does little good for creating something new.

Will there be an update soon? I like the interface thus far and I have a lot of hope for this plugin!

Had a similar issue, but dates and times were defaulting to 1969…no kidding. Deleted my install and reinstalled an older version of the plugin…

I’m now trying to import my old events.

Sorry to bug you here, but you’re not responding to an ongoing issue with fields not exporting in VFB Pro. There are a few people asking for support…the inquiry says it’s resolved, but it isn’t.

Please…can you help?

Jeremygregg…what plugins have you installed recently…or modified? I’m trying to figure something out even if Matt isn’t going to help.

I’m encountering this issue now, too. Any field that has an apostrophe is omitted from my exports.

I changed the form, but that didn’t help. I have more than 1,000 entries I need exported and I’m missing the very columns I want!

I was able to get into my database and see that my changes were reflected there, but the export is not changing at all.

HELP! I’m using the current version of the Pro form builder.
