I managed to resolve this issue by:

I ‘checked’ in settings > messages > Prevent plugins and themes from changing this in the ‘From’ section

You possibly may also need to:
Disabled email verification ( I have firewalls and anti spam checkers)

It seems that other plugins interfere and by not allowing them to it works fine.

I tried as suggested disabling all plugins except for WooCommerce and switched the theme to Twenty Seventeen and this worked.

I tried again with only my theme Avada & Woocommerce activated and it failed which suggests a conflict with Avada?

Do you have any suggestions on what it might be?

An update…this appears to be only happening after a message has been tried to be sent when not all the required fields have been filled. It seems to be able to reset the form before the message is sent most of the time…So no big issue really but if there is a way to be able to reset all fields regardless this would be handy to know, or maybe as a future feature

I’m getting the same too…..Managed to trace what is the problem but have no idea how to resolve it though

Seems to be that it can’t find a file or directory called ‘uploads’, which comes from the custom-contact-forms-forms.php on lines 358, 360 and 372

I’ve look on my host server and cannot see a file or directory called ‘uploads’…seems to be missing this I think

Anyone have any idea how to resolve this?

I can see the files for this plugin on my server, which one do I open and add coding so my players display in rows of 3?

‘per_row’ => 3 (when creating rows, how many items display in a single row?)

Is it woothemes-our-team-template or is it class-woothemes-our-team, or both?
