I have found the issue, and effectively, it came from a plugin, those i mentionned above. I don’t know why the first time i have desactivated it, it doesn’t work any more. Maybe a cache story.

I have contacted the author of the plugin and a new version is coming.

I desactivated the theme and replace it by storefront. I have also desactivated a plugin whose name is Boxtal and who manage the shipment rate, but nothing is working.

There is no message for asking entering the address or some shipping options visibles. These shipping optionsonly appeared when i entered an address.

Enable the shipping calculator on the cart page is checked but Hiding the shipping until an address is entered is unchecked.

Whatever the options i set for the Shop base address, there is no shipping options visible, and no message to ask for the user to entered his address.

I don’t see what i can do or what hook i can use ….
