I had the same problem with my mosaic gallery. When I change order of the photos in media manager manually gallery show thumbnail randomly every time. Why?
In my gallery problem is sorted. On another server with PHP 7.3 everything’s ok!

After update RoboGallery to 3.0.0 it’s start acting strange.
Can I create only 4 galleries which I see on top of the new gallery popup?
I have PHP 7.4 version and all my galleries works properly. Maybe you have some cached gallery and as result it’s looks different then you expect it.
Few months ago I had such problem with robo gallery few pages have gallery design which was incorrect. I mean theme of the gallery was modified but on page it was looks like previous gallery theme. I just tried to disable gallery cache.Thanks!
