In reply to: Custom Post Type with multiple text inputsThanks ??
As I described, I did all this on a custom post type. I deleted the support for the editor, so there’s only the title left. I added a custom input box, but I think for further boxes I will try out a modification af Advanced Custom fieldsForum: Plugins
In reply to: Custom Post Type with multiple text inputsI tried it out. What I figured out is that I still need a heading input field for all of the metaboxes. And having that WYSIWYG-editor from the big article input box also for the small boxes would be nice… And of course the stuff with the classes.

In reply to: Custom Post Type with multiple text inputsOh, and I think I’m going to put it into my themes, as I would always have to modify the core after wp updates ??

I am talking about this one. I want 3 article input fields instead of only one and the other stuff described above.

In reply to: Full Page Responsive SliderHey!
I didn’t find any easy solution… seems as if I will have to do everything with multiple versions of the same image. However, some days ago I found an article on hongkiat.com that showcases some websites with full-page sliders. It doesn’t give solutions, but you may be able to learn from them.

In reply to: How to import EVERYTHING?ok, thanks for the infos, it’s quite helpful.
I still have the whole old database, so that won’t be a problem.
Uploading the old one (the config is right, thanks) I found out that there must be an errror in that old database. My wordpress address is mydomain.myhostsdomain.com/wordpress.
When I want to visit that site I just get nothing but an ad (preset of my hoster).
Visiting only ‘mydomain.myhostsdomain.com’ i get a table of existing folders. The only 2 folders that are displayed there are filemanager and phpmyadmin. wordpress is missing.
Having the new one installed i do get the wordpress folder…
do oyu know what to do??
thanks againForum: Fixing WordPress

In reply to: WP SEO changes homepage titlehey ryan!
i know it souns strange, but even though I am using a SEO plugin my website is still offline. I do that to get a good rank from the beginning.
My theme is called ‘Simple Grid’ and is by dessign.net. I did modify it, but only a few things that don’t have anything to do with the title or generally SEO.
Thanks for the screenshot! I wanted to check that settings out, but on that page in the plugin options there’s just some text that says sth like ‘you can set the title and descriptions by editing the homepage itself’
then there’s a link, but when I click it, it only leads to the ‘General’ tab.
