I manage a bunch of sites and am having this issue on ALL of them except one.
Have turned off reCaptcha on all sites and am trialling @alfredg ‘s suggestion.

NM – advanced settings. Duh.

UPDATE – just double checked.
None of the drop downs work.

Yes – the other menus have been created.
The other dropdowns work, but only one menu shows up – i.e. there’s no other menus appearing in the drop down

Test email says it was sent OK and was received.

Re ran the wizard.
Hopefully things are OK now…
