Hi,

No, there is no third-party plugin for translating the email body. It is simply a text with two languages, each saying the same thing beneath the other. The English version is just a simple text asking clients to leave a review!

What could be the issue?

Thank you for sharing!
In our case we do not even see the transactions! We did not notice that untill one of our clients wrote in the chat and mentioned that!
Ufortunately for us there is no way rather than rolling back to 8.6.1!

I hope the support team make this bug fix soon!

As I mentioned earlier, the “test email” consistently works fine. However, the actual email sent to the client is incorrect.

The client recieve this:

I needed to remove this option:
“Combine CssReduce HTTP requests through combined css files”
from this plugin that i use:
“WP Fastest Cache”

Same for me, I have updated PPOM plugin, but I can’t see the new feature:
– “Feature: Vat label option added into PPOM settings.”

previously I used a filter to solve my issue, now even this filter does not work. So I rolled back to version 21.1. At least with the filter I am fine. here is the filter I am using:

add_filter(‘ppom_input_vars’, function($vars){
$vars[‘tax_prefix’] = ”;
return $vars;
});

I can not update anymore the plugin if the filter does not work in new versions, which is not convenient. The plugin is really great but the issue with VAT is annoying.

Could you please give us some suggestions to solve the issue?

Hello,

For example, if the price with VAT is equal to 10 $. (I put without VAT in woocommerce but consider after applying VAT it becomes 10 $)

I do not want to see this: “Inc. VAT:{price_including_tax}” in the total price in PPOM, But instead, I want to see “Inc. VAT:10 $”

The problem is that PPOM does not calculate “price Including Tax” based on the original price. It just put the text, so the client sees this “Inc. VAT:{price_including_tax}”!

Exclude page URL should be equal to “https://www.mywebsite.com/??“. What should I put instead of the question marks?

And nothing should be excluded from JS?

The strange thing is that I had not this problem before the new updates. And for a long time, I was using your plugin beside WP Fast Cache!
