Ok, I’ve moved the foldrs into the Themes folder. But my Media Library will not load when I click on the “Add Media” button in a new post, and also I am getting the same error when trying to add photos to a post.

I haven’t had anyone else do anything to my site no.

Should I move the themes folders into the themes foler?

When I try to go to the theme section and for example find a new theme, I get an error as well:
“An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with www.ads-software.com or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.”

I have a wp-content/uploads
In it is the 2013,2014,2015 folders and backupwordpress folders and a siteorigin-widgets folder.
That’s it. And I don’t understand what you mean about changing permissions to 766 etc because the only permissions I can put is: Read, Write, Execute (directory)

The Dashboard-Settings-Media is just stuck on loading. Nothing comes up. ??

I got this when trying to activate Jetpack

I have now tried activating the Twenty Fourteen theme again, and things seem to now be working, I have also re-installed the update so I will try now and see if things still work with a different theme.

I have tried switching themes but that makes no difference.
Will try the next steps now, though I have no idea how to do anything manually. :/
How do I back up everything please? ??
