Hi @central4allgmailcom, has the issue been happening ever since you connect Jetpack? Or does it coincide with the installation of a new plugin or feature on the site?
If there’s a critical error, it would get recorded in the debug log, so you’ll want to check it or activate it (see guide).
From what I can tell right now, the Jetpack connection to your site is fine, but let us know if there’s still an issue.

Hi @honeytrek, just to make sure we’re talking about the same thing, are you wanting to use the Latest Instagram Posts block?
I’m not seeing it on the homepage, did you remove it or put it somewhere else? If you’d like us to take another look, could you add it back?Also, for the photos not showing, could you check if they are collaborative posts? There’s currently a bug with collaborative posts causing them to not show, https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack/issues/34729.
Hi @bauerbach, thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. I also want to clarify that Jetpack offers many other free features such as the Jetpack Blocks, Jetpack WAF (Web Application?Firewall), all the features listed on the modules page, etc… Some features like Social, Boost, and Search are available on a freemium basis, with a generous free level access to add value to the sites. We do have subscriptions to access premium features and certain products as they require technical and human resources to maintain and develop; I hope you’ll understand.
If you were interested in Jetpack for some specific reasons or goals, feel free to let us know so we can advise.

- Clear your browser cache (see guide)
- Try a different browser
- if using Cloudflare, make sure it’s properly configured (see guide)
- test with a different theme, you can use Health Check for that (see guide)
