Hi @jagseven, I’ve resent the message, please check the inboxes for any email addresses that you’re using to manage the site.

What’s happening here is that you bought the VideoPress license under a WordPress.com account which is not connected to the site, so you’ll either need to connect the account to the site, or contact us from the email address who purchased the license and request that we move it to the correct account. You can check which account is connected under My Jetpack, in the Connection section (see guide).

Hi @esinden, we currently have a known issue where scheduled posts are skipped if the scheduled posts were created before the connection.
In your case, were the scheduled posts created before Social was connected to your social media accounts? If so, could you create those scheduled posts again, and see if it helps?

Hi @zzraz, it seems that the movie pages are only accessible to members, is that correct?
Could you double-check the settings for logged in pages, under WP Admin > Jetpack > Settings > Jetpack Stats > Count logged in page views from?

Hi @neilgee, sorry to hear about the issue. Were you able to test with just WooCommerce and WP Super Cache running? If the problem still happens then, could you activate the WordPress debug log and the WP Super Cache debug log, and see if any relevant info is there?
