In reply to: [Theme: Twenty Eleven] Creating a horizontal dropdown submenuNice one! looks pretty good.
I tried adding inline to the display: command but it did not do anything. I tried this in every part that had “display” within the menu section.
Which part were you talking about? I could not find #access ul ul li

In reply to: Resizing window width squashes contentGot it to work!
There are 2 parts to fixing it:
Step 1:
Delete everything from /* =Responsive to /* =PrintStep 2:
#page { margin: 2em auto; max-width: 1000px; }
Change this to:
#page { margin: 2em auto; max-width: 1000px; min-width: 1000px; }
Thanks a lot Matthew Gedeon, could’nt have done it without your help!
ditto, kremo5le’s comment was a godsend

In reply to: Resizing window width squashes contentUnfortunately I cannot get it to work; i’ve tried editing all of the #secondary parts within the stylesheet and it does not affect it at all.
I’m just learning this as well so currently am not very experienced with coding.
Anything else you can think of?

In reply to: Resizing window width squashes contentThanks for your reply.
Yes I was wanting to get rid of the responsive design. It also affects what it looks like on smartphones (was wanting to have it looks exactly the same on all platforms).
