We don’t host the plugin download, so this specific error would indicate one of two things:

1. A (likely temporary) SSL issue between your site’s server and the www.ads-software.com plugin repo,
2. OR that the SSL Certificate on your own site is out of date.

Are you still able to reproduce the error?

If so, you’ll need to get your host to?update the root certificate on your server. To do that please contact your server host and ask them to insert a new cacert.

Regarding templates, when previewing a campaign template we show all possible design views by default, including the Yes/No view. Yes/No campaigns are a feature in specific paid plans. If you are a free user the Optin view will appear in the newly created campaign.

It sounds like you may have a paid and free account with OptinMonster under separate email addresses.

Would you follow these steps to resolve:

1. Log out of your OptinMonster account
2. Log back in at https://app.optinmonster.com using the email address associated with your paid account
3. Log into the WordPress admin of your site
4. Navigate to the OptinMonster > Settings page
5. Select the Disconnect button to remove the current connection
6. Then select to connect to an existing account from the same page
7. Once connected, check that the plugin is reflecting the correct account and plan
