Hello @ricardomat ??
To manually control the design of a single campaign across different screen sizes you’ll want to use Custom CSS and media queries. See our guide here to get started adding CSS to your campaign: https://optinmonster.com/docs/how-to-use-optinmonsters-custom-css-tool/
Alternatively, with a Pro or Growth subscription you can create separate campaigns for different devices for fine-tuned control through the builder: https://optinmonster.com/docs/how-to-create-a-mobile-optin/

Hi @ph59,
Yes, the option specifically to open in a new window is available as a unique Success Action option. ??
Hi @ph59 ??
That specific message indicates you’re trying to test an Inline type campaign, but haven’t yet placed the Inline campaign’s embed code in the page where you want it to visually show.
Will you follow one of the WordPress-specific options in this guide to place the campaign: https://optinmonster.com/docs/how-to-manually-add-an-after-post-or-inline-optin/
Hi @deanmfank ??
It looks like the campaign is published from our app, but it hasn’t been published in the OptinMonster WordPress plugin yet.Would you navigate to the WordPress admin > OptinMonster > Campaigns screen and change the campaign status there before testing again?
If you’re using caching on your site please clear that after publishing as well.
Let me know how that goes, thanks!
Hi @ph59 ??
Yes, you can do this by customizing the Success Action of your button following our guide here: https://optinmonster.com/docs/how-to-use-actions-for-success-view-and-more/
Hello @babemooney ??
If this is an Inline type campaign (shows in the page content, not as a popup) please use one of the WordPress-specific options in our guide here: https://optinmonster.com/docs/how-to-manually-add-an-after-post-or-inline-optin/
If this is a popup type campaign, you can control where it appears on your site through the Output Settings of the OptinMonster WordPress plugin like this: https://optinmonster.com/docs/how-to-use-the-wordpress-output-settings-to-control-where-your-campaigns-appear

Hi @deanquenton ??
I’m still not seeing the embed code placed on your site yet.
When you have the time please connect the OptinMonster WordPress plugin to your site: https://optinmonster.com/docs/how-to-install-the-optinmonster-wordpress-plugin/
Then publish the campaign through the plugin to show it live on your site.
If I can assist with anything else just let me know, thanks!
Hi @ph59 ??
With the free plan you’re allowed 3 campaigns of any status (published, draft, archived, trashed).
Trashed campaigns are automatically deleted after a period of time. However, you can free up a spot for a new campaign by permanently deleting one of the three that already exist in your account. This can be done by navigating to the Trash folder and selecting the campaign to permanently delete it.
Would you give that a try and let me know how it goes?
Thanks!
Hello @ph59 ??
We don’t have a direct setting in OptinMonster to target this way at this time.
However, you could set the campaign to show only to logged-out users in the WordPress admin > OptinMonster > Campaigns > Output Settings for this campaign.
The “Visibility and Status” section of this guide provides more details: https://optinmonster.com/docs/how-to-use-the-wordpress-output-settings-to-control-where-your-campaigns-appear/
Alternatively, it’s likely that you could target by cookies using our Display Rules. This is a Pro plan feature you can learn more about here: https://optinmonster.com/docs/how-to-target-visitors-based-on-browser-cookies/
Can I help with anything else?
Hello @deanquenton ??
I’m not finding the OptinMonster embed code present on your site yet.
Have you connected the OptinMonster WordPress plugin to your account?
Would you follow our guide here, specifically the “Connect Your Existing Account” section: https://optinmonster.com/docs/how-to-install-the-optinmonster-wordpress-plugin/
Once connected, please be sure to publish the campaign through the WordPress admin > OptinMonster > Campaigns screen.
Let me know how that goes, thanks!
Hi @davidgovaert ??
This error happens most often when you need to clear your browser cookies.
Will you fully clear your browser’s cookies in cache and check that it resolves the issue?
Thanks!
