In reply to: [Extra Product Sorting Options for WooCommerce] good pluginHey @iamwpuser!
Thanks for getting in touch with us about Extra Product Sorting Options! I’m so glad you’re enjoying the plugin. ??
If you have any questions please take a look at our FAQs for more information and create a new thread if you have further feedback or questions.
Thanks,
EricaHey @chumidor,
Thanks for reaching out! Sorting is based on the stock availability of parent products rather than using the stock available at the variation level.
A workaround to get the variable products to appear before the out of stock products would be to set an available stock for the parent product in the Inventory tab by enabling “Manage stock” and setting the available stock for all variations. You can still manage stock at the variation level.
If you’re still experiencing issues please take a look at our FAQs for more information and create a new thread if you have further questions.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Customizer for WooCommerce] very good and light weighted pluginHey?@vismithams,
Thanks for getting in touch with us about WooCommerce Customizer and for starting a new thread! I’m happy to help out here.
We’re currently only updating the tested up to tags for major releases, or if we need to release a plugin fix or new feature, whichever comes first! This is to avoid “empty” releases that only require a tag update so we can focus more on bug fixes and new features for you. I’m not seeing any fixes the developers are working on at the moment, so while I can’t say when this tag would be updated just yet, there shouldn’t be any worries with running it on the latest and greatest WordPress and WooCommerce versions.
If you’re concerned about compatibility, I’d recommend trying things out on a staging site first. If your hosting company doesn’t provide a staging site, you can create one with the WP-Staging plugin:
https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-staging/
Once you create the staging site and update WooCommerce there, you can test things out with our Customizer plugin. If all goes well, you should be good to go to update your live site!
Would you please test out the plugin on a staging site that has both WordPress and WooCommerce updated and let me know if you experience any issues?
Best,

Thanks for getting in touch with us about WooCommerce Customizer! I’m happy to help out here.
Right now, there are no plans to discontinue the plugin, though I completely understand your concern! Even though the plugin hasn’t been updated in a while, this is usually a good sign that nothing has been modified in either WordPress or WooCommerce that has caused any need for our plugin to be updated.
Would you please let me know if this helps you out? Please don’t hesitate to let me know if you have any other questions!
Best,
Erica

In reply to: [Sequential Order Numbers for WooCommerce] Plugin still active ?Hey?@mvsup,
Thanks for getting in touch with us about WooCommerce Sequential Order Numbers! I’m happy to help out here.
Our latest version of Sequential Order Numbers is absolutely compatible with the latest versions WooCommerce and WordPress, though thanks so much for checking, that’s definitely the right thing to do. As WooCommerce recently moved away from their previous versioning to be more in line with the WordPress version system, WooCommerce 5.7.1 is considered a minor release and fully backward compatible.
That said, even though the plugin hasn’t been updated in a while, this is usually a good sign that nothing has been modified in either WordPress or WooCommerce that has caused any need for our plugin to be updated.
If you’re concerned about compatibility, I’d recommend trying things out on a staging site first. If your hosting company doesn’t provide a staging site, you can create one with the WP-Staging plugin:

Once you create the staging site and update WooCommerce there, you can test things out with version 1.9.5 of our plugin. If all goes well, you should be good to go to update your live site!
Thanks again for reaching out to confirm though, it’s definitely worth avoiding an update if it’ll break your site! Is there anything else I can help out with today?

In reply to: [Customizer for WooCommerce] Replacement ImageHey?@pummelfee,
Thanks for getting in touch with us about WooCommerce Customizer! I’m sorry that the plugin isn’t working as expected. I’m happy to help out here.
It sounds like you’re seeing the image when you click through to the individual product; however, it’s not showing up on the Shop archive pages. Does that sound right?
Any additional details or screenshots you can include would be great!

EricaHey?@rosalitoudtohan,
