Thank you so much for your help. I did a Re-import of the links. And all the links displayed properly in the Link Library. The links do not display on the site. Can you please clarify how to update the catergorylistoverride parameter so the links can display correctly.

All my links are gone. Only the categories remain.
I am running 6.1.3.
I am not sure when I updated to 6.1.3
What do you suggest?

Was thinking about deleting the Link Library plugin and then uploading the most recent version. Will I lose my data?

I am still having the same issue. Looks like I do have 6.1.1 installed – but wp is still asking to update to 6.1.1. see pic https://photos.app.goo.gl/dDeibEkyJ2ob7oBP6

I am having trouble using the copy settings in the tool menu. The copy settings only give me the option to copy from FORM 1 “form one all settings” or “form one style settings”
How do I choose a different form to copy from?
