Thank you for getting back to me! I was previously able to disable those emails using the same method you described. I just had to do it a few dozen times. ?? Disabling it by default and making it optional to turn on, I feel would make the feature more intuitive.

Thanks for much for your quick response. Temporarily, I was able to accomplish my goal by using Contact Form 7 Redirection.

But I tried your plugin again today, and it looks like it still breaks the Divi site.

The error occurs when I activate the plugin on a Divi site. Nothing created in the Divi builder loads on any page (even if there isn’t a contact form on that page).

I searched the changelog as well, but I didn’t notice anything that would have tipped us off to this kind of update.

About 2.5/3 days ago, all of our customers mysteriously started selecting the “flat rate” fallback we had in place instead of Priority Mail, which indicates to me that is when the trouble started.

If it’s a WooCommerce Services bug, it had to have been in 1.18.0. I’m not sure where the requests are made in this plugin–could it be something on the USPS side of things?

ryanr14, you are almost correct. The plugin has always required “weight” for USPS services, but not all of the dimensions. It now fails if you missing any of the dimensions.

This is wreaking serious havoc on my site as we don’t have product dimensions besides weight entered for most of our products.

The beginning of December is literally worse-case scenario for this kind of bug.

You wouldn’t happen to be using Root Relative URLs plugin (or something similar), would you? It comes default with a few automated WordPress installers (Rackspace’s to name one), and causes all types of nightmares. Even disabling this plugin doesn’t help because it installs extra lines of code in config.php.

Before the feature request was filled, I was using this code to achieve the result on my site. Don’t know if would be helpful or not. ?? Of course, this method includes whereas you would need to exclude.

Actually, turns out it was a conflict with the Rackspace default Root Relative URLs plugin. Removed and fixed. Might be worth looking into anyways.

Problem solved. Client had installed some “Improved Plugin Installation” plugin for some reason… I don’t know why I didn’t notice that.
