In reply to: [Ray Enterprise Translation] Stuck? No that shouldn’t matter. Have you tried manually refreshing the status? You can click on the clock icon or the ‘Update translation status’ line item.

Are you still running into this issue? I have not been able to reproduce it but if you are still having problems I will need to look more into it.

Kochhase,
Thank you for letting us know. We are actually already currently working on updating our code to be compatible with Polylang 1.8. We will release a new version of our plugin that is compatible when Polylang 1.8 is released.

In reply to: [Ray Enterprise Translation] translation doesnt work after downloadingKevin,
When you get the orange V icon that means the translation is ready for download. You need to click on that V to download and import the translation into your site. Once it is downloaded the icon should be an orange pencil. That indicates that your translation is current and in your site.
Hi Karin,
If you perform the manual status updates as outlined above do your items still remain “In Progress”?

In reply to: [Ray Enterprise Translation] There was an error connecting lingotek. It has been determined that this is an issue with our API calls timing out. We will release version 1.1.7 of the plugin today in which we will increase the timeout limit which should fix the problem. You may have to wait a little bit longer when connecting to Lingotek but it will work. We are working on a fix which will decrease API call times in the future.
After updating to version 1.1.7 of the Lingotek plugin you may have to disconnect from Lingotek on Translation->Settings->Account and reconnect your account by clicking Do you already have a Lingotek account? Connect Lingotek Account. After doing this if you are still having issues try going to Translation->Settings->Defaults and clicking Refresh Resources. Let the page load and your project should appear. At this point Uploading your content to Lingotek for translation should be working.

In reply to: [Ray Enterprise Translation] Error on manage translation profilesbackrunner,
If you go to Translation->Settings->Defaults and click Save Changes does that get rid of the error?

In reply to: [Ray Enterprise Translation] There was an error connecting lingotek.Hello all,
If you could navigate to Translation->Settings->Defaults and tell me if there is a Default Project set or if there is a text box telling you to enter a new project name that would be great.
