In reply to: [Awesome Support - WordPress HelpDesk & Support Plugin] avoid at all costThe issue is that when a subscription is EXPIRED and license is EXPIRED it should NOT be auto-renewed. It’s EXPIRED. And it was expired on the bundle that got renewed.
License expired and that information should’ve been sent to PayPal, but it did not. Your system is broken. License and subscription KEPT BEING EXPIRED EVEN AFTER THE AUTOMATIC RENEWAL. The only reason for it to become active on your site again is BECAUSE YOU SWITCHED IT BACK ON MANUALLY AFTER I CONTACTED YOU ABOUT THE REFUND.
2020 it was disputed and I won. 2021 what makes you think I’d want that license renewed?! Right now I’m being kept hostage. This is the ABSOLUTELY WORST POSSIBLE customer experience I’ve ever had.
Just do the right thing here. Issue the refund and let’s part ways forever.

Because this is the very expensive question. We won the chargeback last year against you. We didn’t want the renewal. Now, even when that subscription was EPIRED / CANCELLED you charge again. This is NOT OK. That refund should be issued immediately.

2019: purchase was made. Fine, no problem. We even upgraded to agency bundle.
2020: subscription was cancelled and expired. You charged us for a renewal and because there was no contact we issued a dispute which we won.

Even though your systems kept saying that the subscription was cancelled / expired you still charged. The case with PP is ongoing and will not be let go.
ONLY AFTER numerous emails, trying to open tickets without any reply the only thing you did was activate the license.
This is blatant theft and I will be sure to spread the word about it. The threat of 1* review was done over a month after this whole thing started. This doesn’t seem to matter to you and I believe that it’s well-justified.
Would you like to see screenshots of all the emails that were sent to you? Perhaps you’d like to check the still unanswered ticket #2960106 on your site?
Randomly addressing reviews is NOT the same as providing support. Ever since this plugin was purchased, I assume by you, it went downhill. WAAAY downhill.
So, I reiterate:
ZERO CONTACTNO SUPPORT
WASTE OF MONEY
AVOID AT ALL COST

Don’t get me wrong, it’s not this plugin’s fault. But if you want your community to be fully GDPR compliant, go with PeepSo.

Do you have a ticket number? When you opened a ticket you should see it under ‘my account’ on https://peepso.com/my-account/ as well as you should’ve received an email confirmation that the ticket has been opened.
Please check ‘my account’ on PeepSo.com and see if the ticket is registered there. All of the support tickets have been answered and there’s no unassigned ticket or a ticket relating to your problem.

Sorry but there aren’t such restrictions built into PeepSo. You’d have to have customize PeepSo code to achieve that. Simplest would be to remove the postbox from profile view.

Wow, that’s a big mess I can see there just looking at the urls. PeepSo is looking for pages containing its shortcodes. You need to clean this up a bit. What I suggest is:
1. Go to wordpress backend > pages and move to trash all pages containing PeepSo Shortcodes. The shortcodes are:
User Profile
[peepso_profile]
Recent Activity
[peepso_activity]
Members
[peepso_members]
Recover Password
[peepso_recover]
Site Registration
[peepso_register]
Messages (if you have MsgSo installed)
[peepso_messages]2. Empty the trash, make sure none of the pages are even in trash.
3. Deactivate and activate PeepSo.
4. If you want to change the URLs (slugs) of pages, you can go to your pages and do it now.That should help.

At this point it’s not possible out of the box and would require developer work. I’d suggest consulting with a 3rd party developer about this.
What I can promise is that we will look into this and see what can be done. We’ll check the possibilities of creating a whole PeepSo toolbar widget and the option to hide the toolbar in PeepSo view so they’re not doubled. Unfortunately, at this point I’m not able to give you a deadline on it.

The if you purchase the bundle you get access to all of the plugins included in the bundle at the time of the purchase, updates and upgrades to those plugins and support for a year.
If at some point new plugins like groups are added to the bundle you have purchased you will be able to purchase the new plugin at a discount price.
If you decide to renew your subscription you will have access to upgrades, updates and support. If you don’t you can keep using the plugins at your site for as long as you wish. However, upgrades and support are available to active license holders. The renewal price will depend on the bundle purchased and how many plugins it will have at the time.
