I did a little digging. Interestingly, when I’m logged in as the admin and check the feed I see the episode in the feed. But when I open the feed in a private browsing window I don’t.

I have this same problem. I’ve been using the plugin for years without issue. Now this and it’s unworkable to update a form. I can’t get access to the mod_security on the hosting side without going through a bunch of people who won’t understand why I can’t get my form to work. It is a drastic solution! The whole point of wordpress is you don’t have to change things like this.

And the new manually uploaded plugin fixed the problem. Thank you!

For the record, I encountered the error tonight as well. First time I’ve seen it since I’ve been using the plugin in two years. On version 7.0.
