Hi @khromov, I’m bummed to hear that you find this tool completely unusable as it stands today.
Based on what we see on the server side, a single site hitting the API rate limit is very unusual. We review the limits from time to time based on real usage in order find a level where most users can test their sites. As an anonymous user your limit is now 50 requests per hour. If you decided to register your email address, that limit is raised to 100. Also, the result from the API is cached as transients so as long as things work as designed, the rate limit should work out for most users and sites.
Having said that. I’m curious to learn more about the site you are testing this tool on. Do you have a massive amount on plugins installed? Are you using an object cache and if so, which one? I’d like to know the reason you are hitting the limit since it gave you such a bad user experience.
